Been a member for 5 years paying yearly and just had account closed with 5 months left and £170 credit but I can deactivate it by paying a new year! Don't you understand you deactivated the account for no reason so you deactivate it! But no computer says no! Will be seeking legal advice and goin on all forums to let people know your new trick to get more money and will go to a different trade site. Thanks for nothing ! Hi Chris, We constantly revise and improve the checks we carry out on tradespeople using our service. Anyone who doesn't meet these are removed. Our checks are set up to protect homeowners, as well as the reputations of our tradespeople.
