Joiner carpenter, electrician, plumber stonem needed to work in unison

I have a leak under my kitchen sink - from where the waste pipe meets the iron down pipe at the external stone wall of the property I have been told I need an joiner as there is timber to the back and that part of the kitchen unit need to be removed. Some flooring may also need to be removed as a dishwasher is also closely placed. I need an electrician as there are cables underneath and to the back, I need a plumber to repair replace the loose joint and a stonemason as then external wall will also apparently need attention. This needs a specialist due to be a B Listed building. Many thanks, Christine.
