Replacing skirting board and radiator

After our 'damp' issue has been resolved in our new place, we require a builder (what kind? specialist? or can we just find a handyman?) to help us put back the skirting boards and a radiator. How much should we expect to pay?

Hi Charles. A carpenter will be able to sort the skirting whilst a plumber sort the radiator. I operate a property maintenance and this is something we could do, also do you have the damp issue sorted? If you wanted you could email me and we could discuss this further Jordanrplm(at)gmail.com
