I would like to make an official complaint about one of your "rated tradesmen" whose work is not only of a poor standard but also damaged my property and denied it. although his assistant admitted it. I had to keep calling him back to finish jobs off properly, and while he was working here he left a terrible mess each evening for me to clean up. My son in law made the booking for me from his email address but I can get him to contact you to confirm this. He describes himself as "Bespoke" but I found his work to be of very poor standard. I have photos of the way he left jobs not properly completed, including the top of the staircase he fitted downright dangerous. I can let you have my son in laws email address if you need it.
