Question?

How do I leave a negative rating for a tradesperson as I want to comment on reliability only and not value or quality. This person asked to quote, I wanted time on phone calls, sent pictures, they said they would but never bothered despite prompts.....So for me this is unreliable but your website wont allow me to score reliability only...I want to make sure that my feedback is fair, that’s all.
