Damp floorboards.

The front door seems to be letting in water (underneath the frame) and my floorboards are damp and have changed to a black colour. Is it a carpenter I require to fix the problem or a damp proof expert?

Post the job either under carpenter or handyman if you look at the frame from the outside as may be something as simple as damaged frame sealant or may just require a weather strip fitted
