Hi Rose, It's a bit tricky for me to help without seeing a screenshot of what you're seeing, but no worries - this can be easily sorted. Have you tried clearing your cache and then logging in afterwards? If so and you're still having problems, our customer services team can help re-set that for you. You can contact them by emailing support(at)ratedpeople(dot)com. You'll need to replace '(at) and '(dot)' with the symbol/punctuation when emailing - anything resembling an email or link counts as restricted characters for me to type I'm afraid.
