Hello, my bathroom door isn't closing properly. This seems to have happened quite suddenly and I did not notice in deterioration beforehand. The door handles with the locking mechanism seem fine, its just that the tongue in the door does not fully engage with the groove in the frame and as a result the door isn't closed completely and cannot be locked.
