The original fence put in in 1978 has its posts away from the property. Looking at the deeds it looks as though the posts are on my land. The next property built in 1982. I wish to replace the fence with the posts on my side. There is a small retaining wall built between the posts part way along. The gardens are on different levels. The fence gas been out in on their level. Can you advise.
