I would like to replace old skirting with new skirting all over my flat as well as new architraves but I've been told by a joiner that it would be better to just sand them and paint because he would have to remove all the laminate flooring to remove the skirting boards and architraves. I don't know what to do and would please like some advice as another joiner didn't mention anything about removing the laminate flooring.
