Which trade am I best approaching to fix a suspended timber floor in a 1930s semi?
Some floorboards are loose and there is some ‘dip/give’ in the edges near the bay window and at the side of a chimney breast (historical underfloor damp/joists need repair/replacement?) Needs all boards removing and subfloor checking.
I am not having any luck getting anyone to quote me for the job, but it’s pretty urgent.
