Is this trader regitered with you?

In April I advertised a job on your site, Mr Paul Collins of "Collins Property Services" quoted and eventually did the job, however, I never seen anything as bad & poor standards and left the job unfinished in spite of paying him the full amount? can you please confirm he is registered with you?
