Have 13 step stair case with then small landing and two more steps. Building std have said cannot sign our project off as 12 step risers are 190mm and one before the small landing or turn as there are no rooms off it is 250mm. Does anyone have any ideas how we can sort without taking out the whole stair case as house is now finished but hadn't had final planning sign off. Grateful for any advice. Thanks
