A tradesman did carpentry work for me but is not providing an Invoice

This one tradesman Samuel Carpentry did a job at my mums property and now he wouldn’t reply. First of all he didn’t complete the job and hasn’t provided an invoice. I have messaged him on his phone but he did not reply. Can you please help
