The homeowners couldn't rate me. They can't find the way. Can I send them second rating request?

Hi Elitsa, You can indeed. Please advise them that they need to click your company name in the email and follow the instructions to rate you. As they were having trouble rating you this way however, it might be worth getting them to log into their account and rating you via the following method instead: To give a rating, log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. Select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. You will then be asked to give the tradesman a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. I hope this helps.
