Buying leads

Posted by Pam Coleman, on
I am considering of joining, I have read a lot of your information but a little confused about buying leads it does not state how much this will cost. Also do you still pay if you lose the lead?

Hi Pam, If you contact our Customer care team, they'll be more than happy to have a chat with you and answer any questions that you might have. You can reach them through our Contact form at ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us. Job lead prices vary according to a number of factors, including the location and size of the job. You pay for the job lead regardless of if you win the job - we're selling you the homeowner's contact details in a sense, not the job itself. Once you've bought a job lead, it's down to you to convince the homeowner that you're the best tradesperson for the job, however we only sell any job lead a maximum of three times. The average is 1-2 so you'll be quoting alongside a maximum of two tradespeople. I hope this helps. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
