Why im still getting unwanted text messages

Can you please tell me, after i spoke with you over the phone to close my account and delete my details from your database, im still receiving text messages from you? Maybe i wasnt clear enough that I WANT TO DELETE ALL MY DETAILS FROM YOUR DATABASE. Thank you
