Cause of damp patches on inside of front elevation at first floor of victorian terrace . Property was re-pointed 12mths ago. Could source be problem with roof?

The wall will dry out at about 1mm per day, 340mm wall=340 days! Stains from brevious damp areas can continue to absorb moisture ( hygroscopic damp) the roof might be leaking but this would be highly unusual. The exterior surfaces might need siloxane silicone treatment. Get a csrt surveyor to check it .
