Assuming that the wall is brick, spray the wall with siloxane silicone above the window and 2m each side, if it is render , there will be visable cracks, if there is a parapet, the coping stone joints are cracked.

So I have a problem above my kitchen window, damp is coming in from outside somehow and running down the wall to the window, when heavy rain. How do i fix?
