Black spot mould growth can ONLY be caused by condensation. There is a thermal problem in those areas , ventilation improvements are required . Google alliance remedial supplies and look for a HRV150-12hour.

I have mould developing near the windows in many rooms & a severe damp area along 1 wall in my office. Not sure who to speak to as could be roof/outside wall?
