The thing is, these fans are designed for single room use but I have successfully cured problems in flats using only one fan. The installation position will affect this. Kitchen is the starting point most often . A good humidity sensitive extractor to the bathroom is also essential. Within a couple of weeks you will know what adjustments will be needed.
