Any mould cleaner from the supermarket will be fine. Do it at least twice, one week apart. You can also get anti condensation paint, add to that an anti mould additive that the paint shop will add for you. Google a company alliance remedial supplies and look at a fan called a HRV150-12hour for condensation control.
