You would need a damp proofer. Be careful that they don't suggest damp proofing though because your problem is condensation , this requires ventilation / air exchange. It is a humidity problem NOT damp. Good luck. Google alliance remedial supplies, look for HRV150-12 hour , this is what you will need.
