This is a common circumstance caused by condensation , damp proofing won't help. What you need is better air exchange, open the windows more often or install mechanical ventilation . The condition will cease in summer anyway.

I have got damp/sweating walls located in the bedrooms, there are air blocks in both rooms underneath the patches, what tradesman can help with this??
