I need someone to have a look at damp coming through the wall which is also the chiney breast? What type of tradesman do i need?

This is more about what is done than who does it. You have ammonium sulphate contamination. This is caused by a salt in the chimney flue that absorbs moisture. Ventilate the chimney top and bottom. Replace the interior damp patches with a waterproof render to stop salt migration. You need a plasterer .
