i have a few dark damp spots on inside wall in corner, leads to outsid

The dark spots are black spot mould. Clean it off with supermarket bathroom mould cleaner. It is caused by condensation in cold corners. In summer it will cease but return in winter. Better ventilation is required to cure it . It may require repeated cleaning
