i have a terraced house which is stock brick and has no cavity but had a damp course in 1979. i am now finding the wall under the window is damp and smells, do i need another damp course or is there something else i can do to get rid of it.the house was empty for 5mth but since then the heating has been on and it is lived in but the damp has come back through the new wallpaper. thank you.
