Our utility room sits below the steps up to our front door. Water has begun leaking through when it rains. A similar problem happened a few years ago and so we had a builder seal and paint the steps. It seems this was only a temporary solution. Who would be the best type of tradesman to help us decide what the best solution would be? Many thanks
