In a two bedroom flat of approx 84sqm what would be a reasonable range to expect to pay to erradicate damp (tanking) and replaster?
We are buying a flat and are concerned that the cost might be prohibititive. In advance of getting a specific quote it would be good to know a rough idea of costs.
