Damp walls

Found mkldew mould on papered walls. Walls feel damp. All at bottom. Who do I need.

If your damp is at floor level its more than likely a damp proof membrane problem , if it is 1st floor level it is more likely a masonry breakdown which will be a re-point or possibly some cracked brickwork allowing water to penetrate.

Fix the problem with moisture first ,then start with applying a damp sealer paint (Polycell One Coat Damp Seal) , after few hours ,top coat of (Dulux Bathroom Plus) paint . Regards.
