I would like some advice on the best independant damp specialists in South East London as I have received two Surveys by the following two companies; Kiltox who do the Kair Heat recovery system and Schrijver, but am unsure if either are suitable for my requirement-definately have a condensation problem as the problem appear to happen during Winter, but am unsure if I have a Rising or Penetrating damp problem?
