I have a problem with my bathroom ceiling. It is covered with mold & is becoming spongy & cracked around edges. Have tried cleaning with bleach etc & repainting buy always comes back. Have had an extractor fan fitted in light over shower but this has not helped. Can you suggest how we can sort this out and if it would be expensive.
