Where is the chimney breast , is it a exterior wall ?
Hi i have a damppatch on th we wall ajoining the chimney breast wall .

Hi Lorraine I would suggest you get a roofer to check if there is a cowl on the chimney as this could be allowing water to ingress,also get them to check if you need a vent on the front of the chimney breast wall to allow air to circulate, Regards Graeme
