I have a problem with the ceiling in my ensuite bathroom particularly above the shower. There is black mould & stains appearing on the ceiling & it is cracking & spongy around edges where it meets the wall. We had an extractor fan light fitted about a year ago but this has not really helped much. What do we need to put this right ?
