I have a large patch of damp on the interior wall of an upstairs bedroom. The wall backs on to the front of the house but the patch also goes over onto an adjoining wall we share with a neighbour. Pretty sure it is penetrating damp but don't know the exact source and therefore what service to ask for. The patch goes through phases of dripping wet then drying out. Nothing obvious with pointing, gutters etc, 1850s stone terrace. We don’t want to pay someone to come round and just tell us we have damp (we know this!), any help appreciated. Thanks.
