Damp patch in the top corner of an upstairs room - which tradesman?

Patch is about 40cm by 30cm in the top corner of an upstairs room so I can only assume that it is either a blocked / leaking gutter or a leaking roof. should i ask a damp specialist, roofer, gutter cleaner or just general handy man to quoet.
I don't have my own long ladder.
I want to keep my own cots down, but also i don’t want to cause the wrong tradesman to incur a csot to quoet for a job which is not appropriate to them
