We have a flat roof above the bedroom window 1m x 3m.We found a large amount of moisture on the ceiling and the external walls in this area one morning (they were wet to touch) but after opening the windows for a few hours this has dried up and there is no sign of it now, even though it has been raining frequently since then. There are signs of black mould forming around the window frame and seals.
I am not sure if the roof is leaking or its damp or condensation?
