I have a leak above a ground floor window when the rain is hitting the house and its windy. I think the rain is maybe getting into the cavity and running down the wall until it gets to the top of the window.
The window directly above in the bedroom seems fine. To try and fix this is the past I have had some of the brickwork above the window re-pointed and some silicone replaced on the bedroom window above.
Does any one have any ideas on possible causes or what type of trader I should be contacting to investigate
