We used your website, got damp work done by an imcompetent 'tradesman' off your website, got charged hundreds of pounds for it. damp came back much, much worse than ever, you said you would do what you could to resolve the situation, but it ended up with you just getting back to me to say you couldn't now get in touch with him and said you had stopped his account.
I am not impressed.
This work was done last March, and you kept ringing me - just one or two rings - then I would ring you back (instead of just communicating through email, which would have made more sense, and what I asked for. I am not impressed. I am left with the damp problem worse than evedr, and wish I have not bothered with your website, which hosts un professional charlatans, who disappear.
Please don't ring me again, but I would appreciate an email, NOT just telling me again that you are dealing with it and I need to get back in touch with you (as I am wasting time continually have to contact you, and wish to know what the final outcome is for my problem. You know that if you keep getting in touch with no real news, but to ask me to contact you, I will just give up.
