Hi this question is mainly aimed at Chris Plastow, although anyone else with any ideas please feel free. We have a condensation issue in 2 bedrooms.
After reading some of the answers Chris Plastow has provided, this is probably a air circulation issue. However as well as the black mould in the corners, the rooms external walls are cold to the touch [internally] most of the time.
Can replacing the plasterboard on these two walls with insulation plasterboard help with both the warmth and condensation.
As we are in a 2 bedroom flat, I don't really want to put 2 heat exchanger fans in each room.
Are there any other options??
Thanks
