If you have a washing machine and tumble dryer in there an expelair will most likely stop it being so humid in there as mould from humidity will normally form in the top corners if a room.
Single brick utility room has mold.

I have a single brick utility room attached to the side of my home. I have had new felt felt and guttering installed on it's flat roof but still getting green mold appearing where the wall meets the ceiling. The only ventilation is two small holes high up on the walls. What can I do?
