I have converted basement vaults, they are tanked (but sometime ago), however in the cold weather there is a large puddle on the window sill, i'm not sure how it is getting there but I suspect it is condensation on the steel bars.
The puddle is causing damp problems round the window and I am concerned.
What would you advise?
