An interior wall in my house has paint peeling and fine sheet of mould growing on it. I called a plumber out as I thought there may be a pipe leaking behind it. He doesnt think this is the problem and suggested I called out someone that deals with damp and mould. I contacted someone who deals with this, but he said he couldn't help as the house wasn't old enough. The house was only built in the 1970's. Could someone advise me on what they think it may be or who I should call out.
