I live on the top floor of a two storey block of flats with a flat roof. I've had water damage made to the roof via a blocked drain which has overflown. This has now produced damp and mould patches to the roof and walls of a small sized interior balcony/utility room. As the rain has continued, the damp and mould has now spread into my kitchen walls above the windows and I've also found it around the windows in the bedroom and lounge. These areas need to be treated but is it something a painter and decorater can do or do I need someone else as well?
