We have severe issues with condensation on outside walls in our 1920s conversion flat, (middle floor) not responding to us following usual guidelines to reduce and not appearing to be leaks/problems with damp coming in. Which category of tradesperson should we be looking for, given that we can only look at solutions for our flat and not the whole building at this stage?
