I have a below ground level rendered brick wall approx 1.5m high going all around my house. Due to moisture ( the wall holds back the earth around the house) the numerous levels of paint have badly broken down. What steps do I need to take to repaint and limit this re-occuring. ie is there a special sealer if so what,can it be painted onto the sound painted surfaces after the loose is scraped off.
