Hi, I am purchasing a property built in 1900 and my mortgage provider has requested a full timber and damp survey before we can go ahead. What kind of tradesman should I select to post an advert to do this? There is a "damp and waterproofing specialist on the list of catagories here but not on the options on the find a tradesman section
