Small damp patch on wall opposite shower . now fixed. BWPDA to verify
We had a survey done and at the time the surveyor was here he found a small patch of damp on an internal wall which was the outside of the shower unit. He told us at the end of the survey and by the time i found the fault he could not have left the village. The mortgage company now want a BWPDA contractor to check this out. Any suggestions. West Lothian.
