A number of sources of leaks in our 2 bed 2 floor property. Causing structural damage to lower ground wood flooring, dampness and rotting in other areas. Had a surveyor report which outlines all the next steps to complete, but unsure best way of posting job. Initially noted it as "Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration" but did not receive one contact!
Please could you recommend best type of tradesman. I have surveyor report and all information ready to go.
