We are buying a property that has reported damp issues according to our building survey. We want to deal with the damp, and put in place solutions to stop it returning. Part of the issue is apparently there is not enough under floor ventilation (1930's semi). Where can I find a reputable tradesman to complete this work in Royal Wootton Bassett.
